Yealink Teams Rooms is a conference system specifically designed for Microsoft Teams meetings. Users can control the speaker volume on Yealink Teams Rooms for a smooth conference call experience. This article contains instructions on adjusting speaker volume via Yealink Teams Rooms touch panel controller, speakers, and remote.

Touch Panel Controller

On the control panel, tap the - and + icons to decrease or increase the speaker volume. 

Speaker

• MVC 600 Series: Press the - and + buttons to control the volume for all conference room speakers.
• MVC 800 and 900 Series: Use the touch panel controller to adjust the volume. Speakers for these bundles do not have volume buttons.

Remote Control

Point the remote control to a camera and press the - and + button to control the volume.
