Pros	Wireless screen share (Anywhere with internet). Screen share via mobile devices. Share entire screen or a specific window, application, or file. No additional software needed. Does not consume computer's ports.	Presenting computer does not need to join Teams meeting. USB-C or HDMI support via adapter. Supports dual screen display or mirrored display mode.	Wireless screen share (Within a conference room). Allows sharing of entire screen or one window, application, or file. Presenting computer does not need to join Teams meeting. User can charge the presenting computer during screen share. Easily pause screen share by pressing WPP's button. Multiple WPP can be paired to a meeting room. Only one WPP can present at a time.
Cons	Presenting computer need to join Teams meeting. Resolution may be limited by internet bandwidth. May cause echo if presenting computer's audio is not muted.	Limited reach due to cable attached to the touch panel controller. Uses either USB-C port or HDMI port on the presenting computer.	Requires software installation included within WPP. Resolution is limited if presenting computer is at a far distance from the touch panel controller.
