When accessing Purely Cloud Desktop via web browser, users may encounter a Group Policy Client message after selecting a template. This is a known occurrence and the developers are currently attending to this matter. This article provides a workaround for the Group Policy Client message. 


Step 1: Select Yes

When the Group Policy Client message displays, select Yes


Step 2: Select OK


Step 3: Select HTML5

After step 2, the web browser will display template(s) again. Select HTML5 button on the desired template to access Purely Cloud Desktop.
