Desktop Application

The Purely Cloud Desktop application allows up to eight displays. Users are able to customize the display settings on the application before signing in.

Step 1: Launch Hive Fabric Client

Launch the Purely Cloud Desktop application by clicking on Hive Fabric Client icon.

Step 2: Settings

Before signing in, click on the gear icon ⚙ on the upper right corner.
 

Step 3: Display Selection

Check and uncheck the desired preferences under Display Selection. Then click Save.

Purely Cloud recommends users to use either one display or all available displays. If more than one but not all displays are selected, users will encounter undesired display behaviors. This is a known behavior on Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol.

Web Browser Access

The web browser version currently does not support more than one display. However, multiple display option for web browser has been accepted as a feature request and will become available to all users upon new feature release.
